Returns can only be made if we send out the wrong item or size.
If you do need to make a return, you're welcome to do so within 7 days after the delivery date.
We will only pay for the shipping fees for the refund item(s) if we sent the wrong item(s).
We reserve the rights to refuse a refund or exchange.

We are not responsible for your lost item(s) after they are shipped. You will need contact the shipping service to claim a lost item, but we will try our best to help out.
